Responsibilities- Digitize and organize office files, including scanning, naming, and electronically filing documents to ensure accurate digital records.
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor digitization progress, file statuses, and document locations.
- Provide general administrative support to the administrative team and assist professional staff with document preparation and organizational tasks.
- Proofread documents, including letters and internal materials, to identify and correct grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
- Work independently and follow through on assigned tasks, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Use Workday and other internal systems for basic file management and project coordination.
- Support office operations, including back‑up reception coverage, mail handling, and assisting other administrative staff with ongoing tasks.
- Support a client facing large‑scale claims administration process (subject to court approval).
- Perform back‑office administrative/banking tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office.

- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is considered an asset.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience is also considered an asset.
The expected range of compensation for this role is $34,000 - $56,000.
