Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails

• Maintain a clean and professional reception area

• Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business Administration preferred

• 1-3 years in a receptionist or administrative role
