- Is mature, dependable, professional, and accountable.
This role includes general administrative responsibilities, some treatment coordination, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we work as a team and help each other when needed.
Schedule- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
- Start time generally between 9:45 AM and 10:45 AM
. - You'll alternate between earlier shifts (finishing around 5:00–6:00 PM
) and closing shifts (approximately 7:00 PM
). - Saturdays: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
.
