Patient Experience Coordinator; Dental Front Desk & Treatment Coordination

This role includes general administrative responsibilities, some treatment coordination, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we work as a team and help each other when needed.

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
• Start time generally between 9:45 AM and 10:45 AM

• You'll alternate between earlier shifts (finishing around 5:00–6:00 PM
  ) and closing shifts (approximately 7:00 PM
  ).
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
