In this role, you will provide essential support to Care Coordinators while utilizing your healthcare administrative experience. You will manage patient data, process referrals, and answer inquiries from patients and families. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Care Coordinators
• Process new referrals and orders for services
• Manage confidential patient records efficiently
• Enter and maintain high volumes of patient data
• Answer telephone inquiries from patients and service providers
Requirements:
• College diploma in health, social services, or administration
• 2+ years' related office experience
• Accurate data entry and keyboarding skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database software
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
