Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Toronto
. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage company documents, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all business documentation is properly organized, updated, and accessible. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of company documents.
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure records are updated accurately.
  • Organize, archive, and retrieve both digital and physical documents when required.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain proper version control procedures.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company standards and document management policies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and distribute documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.
  • Prepare document control reports and maintain tracking logs.
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities by providing accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and filing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and electronic document management software.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
