In this role, you will be a trusted resource for the CPO and HR team, focusing on organizational tasks, calendar management, and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist CPO with calendar management and travel arrangements
• Provide administrative support to HR team operations
• Draft and manage internal communications and presentations
• Support the creation of insightful reports and data analysis
• Coordinate departmental meetings and events effectively
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum two years of administrative experience, ideally in legal or professional settings
• Familiarity with HR functions is highly desirable
• Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
