Plan Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator with a minimum of five years in project support. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multitasking in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project is crucial to successfully facilitate project tracking and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers in maintaining project schedules
• Manage ticketing inbox for service work orders
• Update document control logs and project management procedures
• Collect cost data for project billings monthly
• Manage incoming timesheets for subcontractors
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Excel
• Experience with scheduling software like Primavera is a plus
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
• Motivated self-starter with project oversight abilities
