Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain master schedules across departments
• Coordinate replacements for staff absences and training
• Communicate unfilled shifts with department leaders
• Serve as main contact for scheduling inquiries
• Collaborate with HR to resolve timekeeping discrepancies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years scheduling experience in 24/7 operations
