• Provide advanced administrative support to the clinic

• Handle patient registration and update records

• Schedule appointments and order x-rays

• Prepare patient charts and manage inquiries

• Complete additional clerical duties as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education with business courses

• One year of administrative experience in healthcare

• Proficiency in Sunny Care and Quadramed

• Keyboarding speed of 40 w.p.m. with low error rate

• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
