Humber River Health needs a Clerical Support Associate for a temporary full-time position to support its Medical Imaging team. In this role, you will engage with patients, manage communication processes, and handle the PACS reporting system effectively. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work during varying shift hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register patients while managing communication tasks

• Organize and file reports and film bags accordingly

• Oversee the PACS messaging system for verbal report requests

• Support clerical functions and additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of radiology and Meditech software preferred

• Minimum one year recent clerical experience in healthcare

• Proficient computer and communication skills mandatory

• Ability to prioritize duties and work both independently and as part of a team
