Altis Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist & Central Switchboard Operator for an on-site role. This contract position requires 1+ year of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. You will efficiently manage communication and reception services while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in English and French
• Manage incoming calls through the central switchboard
• Coordinate bookings for agency vehicles and meeting rooms
• Assist with mail and courier coordination
• Distribute and track important items like cheques
Requirements:
• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
