Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient flow and activities for outpatient clinics

• Schedule medical appointments and notify patients of changes

• Register a high volume of patients across multiple clinics

• Follow up on referral sources for missing patient data

• Maintain accurate patient records and information systems

Requirements:

• One year Medical Secretarial diploma and medical terminology

• Two years practical experience in an outpatient setting

• Working knowledge of Accuro, Sunny Care, Quadra Med

• Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. with minimal errors

• Effective organizational and communication skills
