Library Technician

Position: Library Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform circulation duties with SYMPHONY system

• Assist in library acquisitions and cataloguing

• Label and organize all incoming library materials

• Manage disposal and digitization of materials

• Provide general support for library operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years education in library science

• Recent experience shelving library materials for 6+ months

• Skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with SYMPHONY ILS or similar systems

• Proficient in written and verbal English
