Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage the Personal Shopper’s appointments
• Draft client correspondence and invitations
• Support client communication via phone and email
• Maintain accurate client profiles and data tracking
• Ensure merchandising standards in shopping suites
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Experience in retail preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
