Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule medical imaging procedures for patients

• Perform reception duties in public and workroom areas

• Gather patient demographics and billing details as needed

• Follow up on scheduling errors with healthcare staff

• Assist with clerical tasks such as report sorting and data entry

Requirements:

• OSSGD or equivalent as per Ontario Ministry of Education

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Understanding of medical scheduling implications

• Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. with low error rate

• Knowledge of medical and radiology terminology is an asset
