Join the McConnell Foundation as a Bilingual Executive Assistant in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid role supports the President's Office by managing the CEO's schedule, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
As an Executive Assistant to the Manager of Governance and President’s Office, you will be a key professional contact for diverse internal and external partnerships, ensuring smooth operations for the President’s office. You will manage appointments, travel, and governance materials while representing the office with professionalism and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO’s schedule and travel arrangements
• Monitor the CEO’s inbox and prioritize correspondence
• Plan and deliver events involving the CEO
• Support Board and committee meeting logistics
• Maintain accurate administrative processes and records
Requirements:
• C1 proficiency in English and French
• Three years of experience in a similar role
• Diploma in office management or equivalent
• Proficiency in Sharepoint and Microsoft Suite
• Interest in non-profit governance and equity
