As a key member of the administrative team, you will coordinate clinical schedules, manage patient records, and oversee billing processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule surgeries and patient appointments efficiently
• Prepare patient charts for upcoming clinics
• Triage calls and correspondence with diplomacy
• Manage surgeon's calendar and logistics
• Oversee medical billing and financial documentation
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a clinical administrative role
• Strong knowledge of Ontario medical billing processes
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
