As a Patient Administrative Associate, you will support Ambulatory Mental Health through various clerical duties. This includes registering patients in Quadra Med, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining patient records precisely.

Your role is crucial for enhancing patient-focused care through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage their charts in Quadra Med

• Handle scheduling and inquiries from patient calls

• Oversee patient reception and help with administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate statistics and patient records

• Provide assistance during staff breaks and vacations

Requirements:

• One year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting

• Completion of a Medical Terminology course preferred

• Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Windows software

• Ability to type 40 wpm with minimal errors
