Join Women's College Hospital Foundation as a Philanthropy Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on administrative support and operational excellence to drive fundraising initiatives.

As a key member of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in managing donor information, processing expenses, and assisting in scheduling. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly organized, and adept at providing comprehensive executive support. Your attention to detail and strategic thinking will enhance the operational efficiency of the fundraising team while contributing to healthcare equity and donations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Vice President’s calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts

• Assist in preparing meeting materials and presentations

• Coordinate donor meeting logistics and follow-up actions

• Maintain accurate donor records in the database

• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and projects

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in fundraising or business administration

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising or executive support

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
