We are recruiting for a contract opportunity with a well‑established financial services organization seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Administrator to support important data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure information is accurate, organized, and reliable.

- You’ll review records to ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistent
- You’ll validate and update existing records while identifying and correcting discrepancies
- You’ll help maintain data integrity across large datasets
- You’ll provide general administrative support related to data management initiatives
- Previous experience in data entry, data administration, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Experience working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, databases, and data management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills
