Carefirst Seniors & Community Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Scarborough. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring proper scheduling of home care services for seniors.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily schedules of personal support workers to meet the needs of clients, ensuring that care is delivered timely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Administration

• 3 years of relevant experience in customer service

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Alaya Care knowledge a plus

• Fluency in English and an additional language is beneficial
