Join Strides Toronto Support Services as a full-time Program Assistant for the Healthy Babies Healthy Children initiative.

This role offers essential administrative support and exceptional client service to enhance community programs.

Strides Toronto is looking for a dedicated Program Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Healthy Babies Healthy Children and Community Action for Prenatal and Child Health Programs. You will manage client information and ensure a high level of service delivery for families. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential to succeed in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to program staff and management

• Maintain electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality

• Liaise with clients and service providers for information completion

• Cover receptionist duties during staff breaks

• Ensure a clean and welcoming office space

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration

• 2+ years of administrative experience

• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

• Awareness of inclusion and accessibility principles

• Understanding of the social determinants of health
