Toronto Client Operations Coordinator

Position: Toronto Client Operations Coordinator Role
Take on a rewarding Client Operations Coordinator role with Yoh in Toronto, ON. This contract position supports Senior Account Managers in managing client accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction.

As part of your responsibilities, you will assist in client account administration, enrollment processing, and inquiries via Salesforce. You'll also work on coordinating billing and invoicing while maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on client activity and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of corporate client accounts

• Manage client enrollment portals and process requests

• Respond to inquiries through Salesforce and shared mailboxes

• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and contract administration

• Prepare detailed reports to track client activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 0-2 years in administrative or customer service roles

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
