Position: Part-Time Weekend Receptionist at Reena
Become the welcoming face of Reena as a part-time Weekend Receptionist at Frankfurt Family Reena Residence. This role is pivotal in providing professional reception services while supporting community engagement and inclusive practices.

In this part-time position, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients r primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting individuals, answering calls, and managing building access. The role demands strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail while multitasking in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and assist staff and program participants

• Monitor building access and manage sign-in procedures

• Answer and route incoming calls accurately

• Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying

• Support special events and maintain office supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma completion

• Minimum one year in reception or customer service

• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems
