As the Program Coordinator for the TCNRCP, you will serve as the key liaison with the Patient and Family Advisory Council and various stakeholders. This position requires strong project coordination skills, analytical abilities, and a commitment to quality improvement and decision-making support. You will lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities and timelines while fostering communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as point of contact for the TCNRCP and PFAC
• Coordinate project planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for Patient and Family Advisors
• Facilitate patient and family engagement in key initiatives
• Compile and analyze performance data for reporting
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field
• Minimum three years of project coordination experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
