What You'll Do
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting senior leadership. You will act as an extension of the EVP’s office, ensuring smooth operations, delivering high-quality executive support, and contributing to various HR and enterprise initiatives.
A key aspect of the role includes developing executive presentations and communication materials.
- Deliver daily administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating on-site events, and managing communications.
- Oversee complex executive schedules using Microsoft Outlook, proactively identifying opportunities to optimize time and priorities.
- Develop polished, executive-ready presentations and materials by transforming content and direction provided by senior leaders into visually compelling and impactful communications
- Manage all administrative aspects of meeting and event coordination, including logistics, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related documentation.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and confidential communication.
- Maintain financial and budget documentation using Excel.
- Liaise with senior executives and board members to support key meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Handle sensitive HR, financial, and business information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding activities, team events, and quarterly meetings.

5+ years supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel). Familiarity with SAP Concur and Copilot is an asset. - Executive Presentation Development:
Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design skills, with a proven ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, formatting, and presentation best practices. - Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Problem-Solving & Project Management:
