You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, assisting with faculty searches, and coordinating various academic administration tasks. With a strong foundation in administrative support, you possess superior organizational and communication skills essential for this term position. Aiming to streamline processes, you will also create and maintain filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer academic searches and tenure review activities
• Schedule meetings and maintain agendas
• Collect documentation for reviews and promotions
• Draft and edit reports using collected data
• Prepare expense reimbursements for the Director
Requirements:
• Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Three years of relevant administrative experience
• Expertise in managing complex calendars
• Proficient in MS Office tools and scheduling software
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Support the Director and strengthen operations at the Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies at U of T.
