Position: Administrative Claims Support Role at Intact
Drive excellence in claims management as a Claims Assistant with Intact in either Mississauga or Toronto. This position centers around providing crucial administrative support to enhance our claims processes.

You will be a key player in our Claims Support team, helping with claims administration, file management, and assisting stakeholders throughout the claims settlement process. Your attention to detail and communication prowess will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new claims and assign them to adjusters

• Manage the file storage and retrieval process

• Provide assistance through administrative tasks like printing

• Process and sort incoming claim-related correspondence

• Support adjusters with plate searches and MVRs

Requirements:

• Diploma in business or equivalent experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Strong accuracy and efficiency in task completion

• Excellent communication skills focused on customer service

• Strong computer skills in standard office applications
