Role Description
This part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role is located at our Scarborough, ME office. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by performing a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling clerical duties, answering phone calls, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to ensure smooth office operations and provide exceptional service to patients and team members.
Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Solid Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and data entry
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in administrative support is a plus
