Purpose
The Information Technology Assistant is responsible for providing network, software application and project related support.
Education
Must be enrolled as a York student.
Experience
Previous work experience may be considered.
Skills
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of technology and equipment.
Ability to learn and use a variety of computer applications.
Ability to recognize and solve problems.
Ability to generate new ideas or recommend changes to existing programs.
Ability to gather and organize a large amount of information.
Ability to present data in a variety of document and display formats.
Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership skills.
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.
