Position: Sun Life Wealth Sales Operations Coordinator
Join Sun Life as a Wealth Sales Operations Coordinator in a dynamic hybrid role. Support retail distribution leadership with administration and coordination while helping Clients achieve financial security.

As part of Sun Life Global Investments, you will provide crucial support to the Retail Distribution leadership team.

Your role includes coordinating meetings, event planning, and managing expense reports while ensuring seamless operations and communication across departments. Emphasize teamwork and foster an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning activities for Retail leadership initiatives

• Schedule meetings and manage RSVP compilation

• Organize and execute retail events and presentations

• Process expense reports diligently and ensure prompt payment

• Engage with various departments for smooth collaboration

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in finance

• College Diploma or equivalent required

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Knowledge of the mutual fund industry preferred
