Your Opportunity Our Toronto office is looking for a 4-month

  • Digitize and organize office files, including scanning, naming, and electronically filing documents to ensure accurate digital records.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor digitization progress, file statuses, and document locations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the administrative team and assist professional staff with document preparation and organizational tasks.
  • Proofread documents, including letters and internal materials, to identify and correct grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
  • Work independently and follow through on assigned tasks, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Use Workday and other internal systems for basic file management and project coordination.
  • Support office operations, including mail handling, and assisting other administrative staff with ongoing tasks.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the office.
  • Conduct market research to support business strategy development.
  • Support a client facing large-scale claims administration process (which at the moment remains subject to Court approval).

Your Opportunity Our Toronto office is looking for a 4-month Co-op Student or Intern to join our Office Administration team in January 2027. This is a net new role and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Digitize and organize office files, including scanning, naming, and electronically filing documents to ensure accurate digital records.

  • Provide general administrative support to the administrative team and assist professional staff with document preparation and organizational tasks.
