Position: Administrative Secretary for Cardiac Triage

In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating procedures for both outpatient and inpatient services. Your duties include preparing patient charts, facilitating communications, and assisting with data management. Strong interaction with medical staff and patients is key in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage clinic appointments and procedures

• Prepare patient charts for efficient processing

• Communicate instructions to patients regarding their appointments

• Perform data entry for Corhealth and CCN tracking

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education required

• Relevant medical office administration qualifications preferred
