Responsibilities

• sales people in the office will contact this person with requests
• Tasks they may be doing for brokerage office
• Corporate searches
• Calling other brokerages for market info
• Zoning searches
• Title searches
• Contact databasing
• Taking property photos
• Creating listing surveys
• Demographic reports
• Geowarehouse reports

Qualifications

Must Have

Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Being able to organize themselves, track urgency

Nice to have skills:

• Very helpful if they have a car and driver license
• If they have experience working at a real estate company
