Position: Administrative Specialist for Claims Management
Securian Canada seeks an Administrative Specialist for its Claims team in Toronto. This full-time role will involve a broad range of documentation and administrative tasks in claims management.

As a Claims Administrator, you'll manage and process claims documentation efficiently, helping to streamline operations within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include creating and indexing claims, managing multiple inboxes, and supporting compliance audits. Your analytical skills paired with your proactive approach will ensure that all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claim intake and documentation processes

• Maintain electronic files and claim-related correspondence

• Process payment entries and monitor transactions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for workflow efficiency

• Prepare files for audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college diploma preferred

• At least 6 months of relevant experience needed

• Strong English proficiency;
French communication is a plus

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs required
