CST Foundation is looking for an Entry Level Program Coordinator to work closely with the Communications Manager. You will play a crucial role in administrative support, event management, and driving effective communication. A detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit are key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the organization of the Awards program
• Conduct data collection and evaluations for effectiveness
• Provide administrative assistance with emails and meetings
• Prepare event materials and logistical support
• Edit and coordinate communications with external agencies
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative tasks
• High level of detail orientation and organization
• Self-motivated with abilities in independent decision-making
• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
• Interest in educational access and related issues
