Join CAMH's mission as a Scheduling Clerk, dedicated to optimizing staffing in a busy hospital environment. This full-time position requires effective communication and scheduling skills using the HIVE application.
You will be part of the CSSO team, working across inpatient units, the Emergency Department, and support services. Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate schedules, solving scheduling queries, and effectively coordinating with various departments. The role requires availability for different shifts and weekends to ensure seamless operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain current and accurate staffing schedules
• Resolve basic inquiries related to scheduling
• Coordinate staffing matters under supervision
• Communicate changes to relevant departments promptly
• Provide administrative support to the CSSO team
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Up to 1 year of experience in scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable with new scheduling technology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
