Position: IPC Ontario Executive Assistant Role
Become an Executive Assistant at the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario in vibrant Toronto. This role blends administrative expertise with project management in a dynamic workplace.

In this capacity, you'll collaborate closely with the Assistant Commissioner and other divisional leaders, delivering vital administrative support and helping coordinate complex operations. Your keen judgement and organizational capabilities will keep projects on track and contribute to the division’s success. An emphasis on excellent customer service will help forge solid partnerships within the organization and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle executive correspondence and phone inquiries

• Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Organize daily administrative operations and workload

• Draft, edit, and format documents for clarity

• Provide leadership on cross-departmental projects

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in an administrative role within public sectors

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Teams and Outlook

• Strong analytical skills in a politically sensitive context

• Capability to implement organized work procedures

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
