• Receive incoming calls and triage to appropriate staff

• Greet patients and families with friendliness

• Monitor and requisition medical supplies

• Update patient information in the Epic system

• Assist care teams with discharge planning

Requirements:

• Medical terminology certificate required within 3 months

• Graduate of Medical Office Administration Program

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Experience in Clinical Information Systems preferred
