Support patient registration and records at Humber River Health as a part time Clerical Support Associate on rotating shifts in Toronto.
Working with the Schulich Family Medicine Teaching Unit, you will provide clerical and customer service support. Duties include scheduling, order entry, statistics, and communication with departments. The position requires recent clerical experience and computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Register and discharge patients while maintaining accurate records
- Enter orders and collect required statistical data
- Schedule appointments and update program schedules
- Answer inquiries and greet patients and visitors courteously
- Book rooms, prepare meeting materials, and order supplies
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Minimum two years recent full time equivalent clerical experience
- Keyboarding speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability for rotating eight hour days, evenings, and weekends
