NSB Omega is seeking a Travel Coordinator for a major Oil & Gas client. You will administer schedules, maintain travel information, and support business units and contractor contacts. The work includes interacting with camps, airlines, and logistics service providers when required.

• Coordinate primary travel reservations interface for Kearl Operations
• Book regular rotator and other traveler reservations
• Maintain traveler profiles and update existing reservations
• Run reports and provide required information
• Identify improvements for the travel booking service

• Accurate data entry and process compliance
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Effective communication skills with business and contractor contacts
• Ability to prioritize urgent work within time constraints
• Flexibility for weekday, weekend, and possible on-call shifts
