Bilingual National Sales Coordinator

Support Sysco’s national sales team through bilingual customer onboarding, bid coordination, and reporting for internal and external customers.

This coordinator supports national customer onboarding, promotional planning, and operational reporting. The work connects closely with the Centre of Excellence, Merchandising, Operations, and other internal teams. You will coordinate administrative activities, manage bids and tenders, and provide sales data insights.

• Coordinate administrative activities for national customer onboarding
• Manage the end-to-end bids and tenders process
• Generate reports supporting National Sales operations
• Coordinate promotions and limited-time offers with internal departments
• Maintain, track, and administer contracts

• Fluency in written and spoken French and English
• Three or more years of related or equivalent experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
• Post-secondary education preferred
