We are looking for a dedicated Panel Technician to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva Auto Care Centre located in Mississauga.

You will work closely with the production team and be responsible for panel preparation repair activity, including fenders, bumpers and other vehicle components. Your focus will be customer satisfaction and financial performance while achieving high‑quality repairs.

• Conduct frame straightening, dent removal and refinishing work as needed
• Ensure high quality repairs meet industry and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to workplace safety regulations
• Be an active member of the team encouraging a collaborative working environment focused on what matters to the customer
• Deliver on promises made to customers, ensuring they are without vehicle for the shortest possible time
• Promote Aviva Auto Care Centre values and goals

• Red Seal – Automotive Service Technician certificate
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience in vehicle panel repairs and a solid understanding of repair methods
• Valid driver’s licence
• Commitment to an environment of continuous improvement
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multi‑tasking ability while working under pressure
• Demonstrates adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset in embracing new work practices and technologies
• Strong knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures
• Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills combined with outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, identify root causes and develop solutions
• Detail oriented approach with strong organisational skills
• Ability to take direction and perform well under pressure
