• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics.
• Inspect and troubleshoot using state‑of‑the‑art tools and technology.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about their vehicle’s needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continue growing your skills.

• Licensed Automotive Technician:
  Valid Automotive Service Technician License 310S.
• Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service communication abilities.
• Team‑player mindset and collaborative approach.
• Passion for automobiles and continuous learning.

• Experience with Ford systems.
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of automotive repair.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians.
