Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately forecast goals and objectives for the department
• Monitor and train New Vehicle Sales Consultants effectively
• Prepare annual sales operations budgets
• Communicate dealership policies clearly
• Help develop advertising campaigns for the vehicle inventory
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant automotive management experience
• Must have valid OMVIC registration and clean Driver’s Abstract
• Proficient in CDK and Reynolds systems
• Strong business and communication skills
• Capability to consistently meet sales quotas
