The Service Lot Attendant role is essential to the operations at Volkswagen Downtown Toronto. You will help maintain the service department's organization and assist with transporting customer vehicles. A successful candidate will have strong manual transmission experience and exhibit organizational skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality customer service and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange vehicles in the service parking area
• Examine vehicles for damages and confirm accessories
• Safely transport customers with the dealership shuttle
• Prepare and wash vehicles for customer delivery
• Maintain lot security through daily inspections
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Clear Driver’s Abstract necessary
• Proficient in reading and understanding instructions
• Prior experience with manual transmission driving is a must
• Strong judgment and time management skills
