As an integral part of the Hogan Chevrolet team, you will serve as a primary contact for customers needing assistance with their vehicle service needs. In this customer service-driven position, you'll respond to inquiries, book appointments, and inspect vehicles for necessary repairs.
Your role will be vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to repair, parts, and service inquiries timely
• Assist with booking and checking customer appointments
• Inspect vehicles and recommend required services
• Work with service manager on maintenance schedules
• Explain repair processes and estimated costs to customers
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario G driver's license required
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Prior automotive service experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
