Your expertise in automotive parts will directly influence production flow by sourcing and ordering high-quality parts efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and possesses robust vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and order aftermarket and used automotive parts

• Evaluate vendor options to balance cost and quality

• Manage parts ordering workflow and organization

• Resolve backorders and discrepancies proactively

• Maintain accurate parts tracking in inventory systems

Requirements:

• 1-3 years automotive parts desk experience

• Knowledge of parts ecosystems and sourcing channels

• Experience with high-volume parts ordering

• Strong judgment on cost vs quality

• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
