You will be responsible for inspecting repairs, correcting paint deficiencies, and ensuring precise mixing for color matches. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently

• Inspect body repairs for quality and advise on deficiencies

• Correct paint flaws through wet sanding and polishing

• Prepare surfaces for painting using tools and techniques

• Accurately mix and apply paint for optimal finish

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in auto body refinishing

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Preferred Red Seal Certification or I-Car Registered

• Must provide own tools and have a valid driver’s license
