In the role of Licensed Automotive Technician, you'll work with various vehicle types and service requirements. Your duties will include inspecting vehicles, diagnosing issues, and repairing them according to manufacturer specifications. You will also play a key role in mentoring apprentice technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported vehicle issues
• Inspect and test vehicles thoroughly post-delivery
• Notify management about unnecessary repairs or deadlines
• Ensure good housekeeping standards in the shop
• Maintain the cleanliness of customer vehicles after service
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent credentials
• Four years of automotive service experience
• Ontario College of Trades certification
• Capable of operating diagnostic equipment
• Strong time management and organizational ability
